Hotel clare

Project Description: Hotel Clare is a 17-story boutique hotel located near Pike’s Place Market in downtown Seattle. It has a landmarked historic building that is required to be included in the design. There is a large sky lobby at the top with view towards Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. I was primarily involved in the design of the base and exterior detailing as it was going through Design Recommendation and Landmark Preservation reviews and to Building Permit.
